Corporate Performance Development Process
How QPS Helps Organizations to Become Successful

Four-Phase Initiative: The corporate performance development process has a four phase approach that allows the corporate culture to integrate transformation. This approach is centered on the concept of the learning organization which means that all employees, when provided with an opportunely for continuous learning, will increase their own personal performance and thus have a positive impact on the company as a whole. The Four phases of involvement include
1. Strategic Communication
2. Determination of Best Products, Best Services, and Best Practices
3. Change Management and Implementation of New Business Processes
4. Interpersonal and Skill Based Employee Development
Integrated Approach: For an approach to be effective and truly impact a company's bottom line, it must link the corporate vision and strategy to the core competencies and skills of the individual employees at all levels. This is accomplished by transforming managers into leader/coaches. Leader/coaches become catalysts for change because they are knowledgeable about the day-to-day operations of their business units, and they have been equipped with the skills necessary to communicate the company's strategy as they present and facilitate basic training. Formalized training will include a curriculum plan that matches the job skills of the individual employees to the needs of the business units and the company as a whole. Ideally, a corporate university is created allowing business units, management teams, and employees to essentially manage their own career development.
