Ron Coverson is principal of Quantum Performance Systems, a management and peak performance organization located in San Francisco, California. Ron is a management consultant whose focus includes organizational development, strategic planning, sales, and business development. His most recent projects have included work with senior and middle mangers in areas of management development, leadership, marketing, sales and customer service administration. |

| Ron's work encompasses several diverse industries including: retail banking, financial services, computer manufacturing, government agencies, apparel, and health care systems. Before establishing Quantum Performance Systems in 1996, Ron worked with Levi Strauss and Company where he consulted to several business divisions, determining management and employment development needs and solutions. In 1998 Ron successfully consulted with the McKesson Corporation of San Francisco on strategies to enable the health care giant to penetrate new markets and enhance their customer service delivery system.. |

| Ron is currently serving as a member of the board of directors at New Cambridge Institute, a Santa Rosa based school for working adults. Ron also functions as a member of the faculty and has developed curriculum in a wide variety of subjects ranging from leadership and mentoring to management development and ethics. |

| Ron lives in the San Francisco bay area with his wife Elizabeth, and their three children. |
